Clause 2. Normative references — draft standard

Draft national standard “Sustainable development of historic settlements. General requirements”, edition v7 of 2 October 2026. Until it is published by Rosstandart this is not an approved GOST R. The text is a guide to the draft, not a legal opinion and not a substitute for Federal Law No. 73-FZ or the state historical and cultural expert review. This English text is a translation of the Russian draft, not an adopted ISO standard.

This standard uses normative references to the following standards:

When using this standard, the validity of the referenced standards and documents should be checked in the public information system – on the official website of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology on the Internet or in the annual information index "National Standards", which is published as of 1 January of the current year, and in the corresponding monthly information indexes published in the current year. If a referenced standard (document) to which an undated reference is given has been replaced, the current version of that standard (document) should be used, taking into account all amendments made to that version. If a referenced standard (document) to which a dated reference is given has been replaced, the version of that standard (document) with the year of approval (adoption) indicated above should be used. If, after the approval of this standard, an amendment affecting the provision to which the reference is given is made to the referenced standard (document) to which a dated reference is given, that provision should be applied without regard to that amendment. If a referenced standard (document) is canceled without replacement, the provision in which the reference to it is given should be applied in the part that does not affect that reference.
